“It was a lovely stay that I had at Urbano Hotel - a beautifully and clean hotel with very warm and helpful staff. If I visit Accra again, Urbano will still be my choice.”
“The location of the place was a little far out from the main road, but nonetheless, it was a great place to to have a family gathering and birthday.
The only issues were the appliances did not work. Mainly the microwave there was no toaster. The stove top surface was hard to light, could not light the oven to bake anything. In the main bedroom, the AC stop working as well as the water flow in the shower at one point we had to wait for the water to be delivered to the poly tank.

“Staff was nice - accommodated my early check in. Beware though - Expedia says check in is 2pm but real time check in is 3pm.
Pool was dirty with lots of leaves - I’m not sure it gets used much.
A lot of outside from window - late into the night. Not sure if it was some sort of machine they were using. Also you can hear footsteps on the gravel.
No refill of coffee after it was used and fridge was leaking water.
Toilet - good.
Shower - good and clean and water pressure was great.”
