“This Holiday Rambler is a cute place for a couple that is trying to get away or staying in the area for an event! The mini pool added to the effect and helped beat the heat. “Upon arrival there were some issues with air condition which was being taken care of, but I was able to get settled in and later had problems with Wi-Fi. Host was prompt and courteous and resolved this. The set up was a little awkward as the pool table located in the kitchen and table wasn’t. “Very average stay. The towels and bedding were dingy and the air did not work well to keep the unit cool. There was a fan which was helpful but you couldn’t turn off the light and leave the fan on which made the sleeping conditions very hot and humid. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The host communication was good and the location is central to all that one would want to see and do in Gadsden. Other than the towels and comforter the unit was clean. “My spouse and our toddler have stayed here several times visiting family and we will definitely be back. The apartment is clean and has a kitchen sufficient for cooking quick and simple meals. The beds are comfortable. It is in an apartment building in Gadsden, and so you will not see the clientele you’d see at The Four Seasons but we never felt like the area was unsafe. It’s close to the downtown area and the mall, easy to get to other places from. It’s a much better value than any of the……
