"Jenny was an excellent host friendly and helpful, the property and accommodation was absolutely perfect. A quiet area but close to everything you need to make an enjoyable experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. I would recommend a stay at Jenny’s place to anyone looking to explore the area with Barnstaple town close by and the Tarka Trail. Devon is a Beautiful County. Many thanks for a pleasant stay. "There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly.
