There was a mix up at check in, where somebody else had been previously checked into our room ~ hence when we came to check in, no booking was in the system… the receptionists managed to get to the bottom of it, & resolve the issue as well as offering us a drinks voucher for the inconvenience. The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was clean inside, but the hot tub steps were a bit mouldy and the bike/cleaning hose fired water in two different directions
