We enjoyed the hotel. The room was big and comfortable. It was clean and the employees were friendly, kind and helpful. Nate, at the front desk went out of his way to fix our reservation (we needed walk in accessible shower).

The hotel was okay breakfast was not good. One of the elevators on our side was not working and it was hard to get into the elevator to our third floor room. The ceiling in the foyer was leaking water from the rain. It was unsafe to walk in the middle of the lobby.

I typically stay at embassy suites when I travel if able. The hotel was fair on cleanliness, several dishes and cups left in the hallway after cleaning. The area around the hotel is not the greatest, we witnessed an unsheltered woman get undressed outside of the building near the front entrance.

My wife and I loved our two night stay. We were only a 10-15 minute drive from the downtown area places we wanted to visit. Embassy Suites provided us a very clean and quiet room. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great too.

Mold was all around the shower. There were sport teams of young kids staying there and were running and screaming in the lobby until 11pm, making it impossible to enjoy a cocktail at the bar,. Staff didnt intervene to quiet them.

This Embassy Suites location is wonderfully convenient. The housekeeping staff was terrific though the breakfast staff appear quite inconvenienced by the guests. The toaster failed 2 days were there and when I told an attendant behind the counter her response was "it happens all the time" while they watched and did nothing to resolve. The bed, pillows and linens were comfortable and helped sleep but I was in room 614 and there's a sound like a leaf blower between the bathroom and bedroom and when reported to the front desk they said they'd look at it but nobody was there to resolve anything. When the tv is on you don't notice it but try to sleep with a leaf blower next door. The lack of response from the staff at this location was like none I've seen before. Finally, after a long day of travel I was looking forward to arriving and taking a bath but there was way I wanted to soak in a mildew crusted tub. We are loyal to Embassy Suites when traveling but this was by far not what we've experienced with any other location.
