I forgot how good a breakfast can be when you stay at a real B&B! This way exceeded our expectations. Great quiche and plenty of other good items like sausage and cinnamon rolls and fruit. Very quite and peaceful location tucked away in Edmond. Very friendly proprietor. We will stay there again if we are back in the area.

The room was beautifully decorated, and came stocked with complimentary drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee options. Everything was clean and updated. Breakfast was delivered to our room since we stayed on a Saturday. The gentleman was so friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We have zero complaints about our stay!

The room, property, and staff were all amazing! They had snacks and drinks in the room. The breakfast was amazing. Will book again. I would suggest booking well in advance to get a better selection of suites. There were only two options when I booked, next time I'll book a few months out.

We accidentally stumbled upon this place when it was literally our only option during a busy weekend and boy were we glad we did! Beautiful, quiet, delicious food and Mr. Larry (the innkeeper) was just lovely. We both wish it weren’t so far from our home-but we want to visit again someday!

Larry was great! He was friendly and very informative. The rooms are bigger than what they seem on the pictures online, and cleanliness is definitely something taken seriously. I would stay here again for sure
