There was never anyone at the desk downstairs after 5 - always had to call someone’s cell phone number that they posted on a sticky note.
That was an issue because:
There was no one at the desk when I arrived at 8 pm to check in
Then, the second day I was there, I was checked out even though I’d paid for 4 nights, so my key card didn’t work and I had to call him to come back to the front to re-activated my cards,
The kicker was the third day I was there, the key card unlocked the main door but the door didn’t actually open and I had to call someone to come let me in.
