"so clean and pretty spacious, staff was so nice and there’s a 7/11 literally almost in the hotel u just get out of the elevator and open a door and you’re in 7/11, about a 4 minute walk to the train station "

"Have stayed here perhaps 20 times on business. Used to stay at Keio Tama Centre but was becoming very tired and over run with tourists. Relatively expensive but you get what you pay for, professional staff speak English, decent breakfast, excellent Tepanyaki, and now the bar stays open until late."

"シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あるボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓　バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。"

"This is a no frills Japanese Hotel. The room is small by western standards, but it was clean and comfortable the bathroom is a “Unit Bath” It contains everything you need but it won’t be what you expect. If you are “Plus Sized” in anyway: Height or Weight, you might not love it. Me at a little over 5’10”, 204lbs find it snug but workable. The Tub is actually designed for soaking. Anyhow, for the price, It was very nice."

"Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall."
