“Dawn and Kevin were great! They left snacks, beach passes, a beach cart, etc. The cottage is adorable. Restaurants on Main St (within walking distance) were delicious, there are playgrounds everywhere, and the beach is clean and beautiful! We’ll be back!”

“Very comfortable stay for a night to attend a concert at The Stone Pony. The cottage is quaint and cozy. It has everything you need. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to others. ”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

“A stress-free stay. We were kindly greeted when we arrived and shown where we could park and where the keys to the unit were. It is on the second floor and stairs are a little steep. Very clean unit with two patios with a nice view. Overall would recommend!”

“While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he...

“Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place...

“our host Amy Heller was fabulous. Our bender broke and within an hour we had a new one delivered to us! Amazing!! Amy was great! We had a 10 minute walk to Asbury Patk ”

“The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. ”
