“Property was beautifully appointed and friendly staff. However it was hard and frustrating to find a staff member for breakfast service on both mornings when we stayed . Also we had gone out to pool area and no staff members were managing the area so we had to look for towels . We wished there were more fitness offerings / group exercise classes during the week .”

“This is our second time staying here within a year. We were here last year for our son's basketball tournament. Faye, who checked, us in was super helpful, patient and bubbly despite the hordes of people checking in. We travel a lot and find that people aren't always hospitable. Faye was awesome. We only stayed overnight so most amenities weren't used. Our check out was seamless and Ian was a pleasure to work with during check out. Overall, a great experience. “I had to get housekeeping to come clean the floors as they weren’t clean. Coffee spill on nightstand. Otherwise the room was clean. Comfy pillow and bed. Beautiful view. Quick check in. Room service food was great. ”
