“Could not charge lunch or dinner to the room. Had to pay cash for any items. All the rooms my group were in terrible shape. Bathroom was dismal at best. Unfinished painting on bathroom door, Mold and open wall electrical panel. Breakfast was average at best. Cold and stale breads, and croissants. For the price paid there is many other hotels that totally Outclassed the Best Western. I highly recommend that anyone should take a look around before even thinking about the Best Western. "I...

“Staffs are friendly, i stayed here 2years ago and it was nice, came back for overnight with my husband it change i thing you have to upgrade the bed its not confortable to sleepin, h20 presure in the shower is not great and we seen small cockroach around...need to improve...it was good before this thime👎👎👎”

“Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”
