We found this Hotel in Franklin, Texas met all of our needs. The location near 2 gas stations, a grocery store and not far from TAMU was perfect. The breakfast was excellent- hot eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee and orange juice. The front desk staff helped my son print out forms we needed. They helped find the local dmv office and make an appointment. The pool was refreshing after a long drive. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. We will be back.

Great price and nice place to stay! Communication between host was excellent! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
