“Upon arrival, there was no unit available and no communication from the place and I am still waiting for a refund of a stay I was not able to enjoy where nobody has reached out to me regarding this. The number on the profil is unresponsive and probably not a real profile! Very disappointing ”

“Helaas zijn wij nooit in het huis verbleven. Week vooraf eigenaar onbereikbaar. Op advies van VBRO op aankomstdag naar het huis gaan. Adres klopt niet, ook niet gevonden.Na contact met VBRO huis geannuleerd. We konden zelf iets zoeken. Wij durven geen gelijksoortige huis te boeken. Uiteindelijk in hotel terechtgekomen, maar die was wel veel duurder dan wat we vergoed kregen. Met een groep van 7 personenwagens nacht reizen wil je geen risico weer meer nemen”
