“I just want to give 2 stars to the person at the front desk ..because honestly i think they should work on the customer service... at least for the person who attend me on Saturday the 28 around 6 pm . “The bed in the room was horrible. The matress seemed to be covered with plastic, which was rather noisy and made the bed hot in an already tiny room. To make a long story short, I ended up moving to another hotel in the middle of the night 45 minutes after arriving. The staff were rather rude. No reinbusement of course. I had already paid for three night there!

“It was the one of the worst services that i got...the person who was attending the front desk.it was absolutely rude and even kind of laziness to attend ...plus the elevator it was out of service and they want us to offer a 3rd floor room with 4 big luggage .. i will never recommend this hotel .. and obviously i will never come.back to this place ....Hopefully the owners put attention on this because is in a good area”
