    GOODYEAR LAKE - Colone Cottage is a proven winner - it has a successful rental history since 2002. It enjoys one of the most expansive views up and down the length of Goodyear Lake. The location is ideal - it is halfway between the tournaments in Cooperstown and Oneonta. Guests especially enjoy dining and relaxing on the open patio above the lake. The enclosed sun room provides the same lake view.

    This immaculate, well-kept home has a bedroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Your host provides 3 single kayaks at their large private dock. There is good fishing and swimming off the dock. Colone Cottage has a spacious level yard for pick up games - unusual for lakefront properties.

We had the best stay! We went for Parents Weekend and we loved the peaceful views and the kids loved the kayaks both days. The house was in a great location and was clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and view

Owners were very pleasant to speak to, they made sure we had a good visit. The house was perfect for a cooperstown visit and in between both dreams park and all star village. We were able to go to both places to eat at different locations.

Breathtaking view

Clean & well maintained. Heated sun porch overlooking lake was perfect for coffee on a chilly morning. Fire pit on top level of multilevel deck was the perfect addition for a cool fall night.. Absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again. Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with

Lakeside Living

The Colone Cottage is cozy and charming. The view of the lake is wonderful. I wish that I'd had time to take one of the kayaks out, but we were pretty busy with college reunion weekend. We did have a chance to enjoy the sunroom and the patio with the firepit. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Beautiful Lake view

The Colone Cottage is very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. Obviously. the view of the lake is appealing. The full bathrooms are small and both on the second floor. Good hot water. There is a half bath on the first floor. The house is located halfway between Oneanta and Cooperstown so it is very convenient. Enjoyed our short stay.

Quaint Cottage

Our stay at Colone Cottage was very nice. The setting was organized very well and very clean. We loved the old fashion charm and lake views. There were many comfortable supplies! ( pillows, blankets, furniture, binoculars, fishing poles, kayaks, grill and swing!! The bathrooms were very nice and kitchen had everything you needed to make a home cooked meal and then some!! We had an enjoyable GIRLS’ WEEKEND!! We traveled into Oneonta and Cooperstown!! AWESOME!! Hope to be back soon!!👍🏻🍎🎃
