“飯店很有特色，每間房都略有不同，適合喜歡特色旅店的旅人，一樓的空間很舒服。不過因為是老房子，沒有小冰箱，房子結構的關係所以有電梯有的房間還要再往上或下爬樓梯，對於長輩或行動不便者會吃力一點”

“I like the place and location is perfect, however, housekeeping wasn’t the best. They didn’t really clean the room, only made the bed and replaced towels. Didn’t clean the sink, or the mirror, nor the toilet. It was disappointed”

“It is near Utrecht Centre and Utrecht Centraal (30 minutes walk) but not too crowded with tourist! The staff are very friendly and kind! The bed is quite nice if you got used to it. It is not much of a complaint but reminds that: 1. The and service room I booked does not offer washing machines or drying machines which I need to check carefully (but the staff are very helpful on pointing nearby laundry shop) 2. My room is in 2nd floor but because it is an old building, it doesnt have an elevator.……

“On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5”

“我们一行8人是在RAI参展，因为有旅行社车接车送，所以选了这家性价比还不错的酒店。总体居住感觉还不错，很舒适放松的感觉。但是...很不幸的是9.10那天我们的小伙伴在酒店早餐厅失窃了，一转身的瞬间，2个人，包里的财物和护照被都被席卷而空，报警察无果，酒店方除了抱歉和配合调查并无其他表示，也怪我们太不小心了，幸亏导游给力，帮忙我们及时联系大使馆补办下证照，才得以顺利回国。很无奈，酒店的安全和对住客的保障一定要加强做好啊！”
