The property was absolutely gorgeous, just what we were looking for for our stay. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, and they have a very cute beagle called Freida who is the sweetest little gal! The outside area is great for relaxing with a drink or a book and the views are insanely beautiful. The apartment itself is very well kept, it has a lovely vintage feel and everything was very clean with all the needed amenities. It is quite high up though on a big hill, and a bit steep to get to but after the first time parking we got used to it and it was no issue! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Séjour vraiment parfait. Mirjana et Josef sont accueillants et discrets. La vue est magnifique. Il vous faut une voiture pour accéder aux sites touristiques car tout est en dénivelé. L'appartement est chaleureux, confortable, complet. Merci sux hôtes

Top ausgestattete FeWo, liebe Vermieter

Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung. Die sehr lieben Vermieter wohnen eine Etage höher im gleichen Haus. Wir wurden mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Schnaps begrüßt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in der Nähe der Waldpromenade oberhalb von Opatija, einem schönen Spazierweg. Einziger Nachteil ist die schmale Straße, die zum Haus führt und in den letzten 50m sehr schmal mit Gefälle und Kurve ist. Die Vermieter fahren selbst einen VW Golf. Mit einem Pkw diiser Klasse sollte aber jeder erfahrene Fahrer gut ankommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Gerade für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung super geeignet. Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, die Bilder des Inserates sind absolut authentisch. Von den beiden Terrassen hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die davor liegende Bucht. Die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, sind sehr sehr nett und haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben.

Nice view, very friendly hosts, nothing to complain about. There are stairs directly down to the coast some steps away. Loved the cat and the dog of the owner. Calm place and hiking tours around. Sehr zu empfehlen vor allem für deutsche Gäste. Alles da, was man braucht. Supermarkt in der Nähe, mit dem Auto aufgrund der engen Strassen und Kamikazefahrern ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber das macht den Urlaub ja aus.

Zeer gastvrije mensen. Geven goede tips. De verhuurders proberen het de gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het appartement is authentiek ingericht. Niet geschikt voor gasten die moeilijk ter been zijn in verband met de trappen. De gasten hebben twee terrassen tot hun beschikking. Gastvrouw voorziet de gasten regelmatig van heerlijk zelfgebakken gebak.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine rustikale Ferienwohnung

Die Bescheibung der Ferienwohnung war zutreffend. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Schrank, in den man nicht viel einräumen kann und wenigen Kleiderbügel. Wir hatten leider schlechtes und kaltes Wetter. In der Wohnung wurde es sehr kalt, so dass wir über die Klimaanlage heizen mussten. Daher für die heiße Jahreszeit sicher ideal. Alles hübsch und passend eingerichtet, Kleine Küchenzeile, in der alles zu finden ist, was man braucht. Das Bad (Dusche mit WC) ist allerdings sehr eng und klein. Auch dort gibt es wenig Ablagefläche. Die Verrmieter sind super nett. Die Vermieter verwöhnen mit leckerem selbstgemachten Kuchen und sind sehr nett. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist allerdings sehr eng und erfordert gutes fahrerisches Können. Hat man es geschafft, kann man direkt im Hof - der sehr groß ist - parken. Vor der Wohnungstür hat man einen wunderschönen Sitzplatz mit einem fantastischen Ausblick in die Bucht von Opatija. Auch gibt es einen Sitzplatz im Hof. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einzigartig.

Eine Unterkunft für einen kurzen oder langen Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren vom 15. bis 19.09.2018 in dieser echt preiswerten und schönen Unterkunft. Schon die Begrüßung durch Marjana und Josip bestätigte alles was all die anderen Gäste geschrieben haben. Die Beiden sind einfach supernett, gastfreundlich und in keiner Weise aufdringlich. Den Begrüßungskuchen und Begrüßungsschnaps durften wir auch genießen und an den weiteren Tagen unseres Kurzaufenthalts immer frisch gebackene andere Kuchen und zum Schluss auch noch Palatschinken mit Marmelade gefüllt. Einfach köstlich. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ließ auch nichts zu wünschen übrig. Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Bad ist etwas zu klein. Aber wer hält sich schon den ganzen Tag im Bad auf? Kurz und gut: Eine preiswerte, schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir, Waltraud und Gerd würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, wenn wir in absehbarer Zeit wieder Opatija besuchen würden.

Sehr schöne Induvidielle Urlaubswohnung

Ist schwer zu bewerten , super Aussicht , super Vermieter, sehr freundlich , mit Kuchen und Gemüse aus dem Garten. So gut ging es uns noch nie im Urlaub . Wohnung sehr sauber alles vorhanden, Küche und sonstige Wohnung , wo kommt das aber ? Wohnung rustikal , nicht störend aber dunkel , am Tag mit Licht . Die getrennten Terrassen , kleine an der Wohnung wie Prospekt Bild zeigt, super Aussicht, aber unbequeme Stühle, schön anzuschauen nichts für uns für längeres Sitzen . Für uns währen einfache Plastik Gartenstühle besser gewesen . Die untere Terrasse 10 Stufen runter großer Platz schöne Aussicht und Grill eigentlich Super , für uns aber nicht praktisch ,alles Geschirr und so weiteres runtertragen . Wieder die Sitzmöglichkeiten , unbequem für uns .Wie schon erwähnt so schwer war noch keine Beurteilung .Aber immer auf unser Alter 75 Jahre, mit Gehschwierigkeiten bezogen .

Superschöne Ferienwohnung

Die FW können wir nur weiterempfehlen! Sie ist sehr sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet! In ruhiger Lage kann man den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die Hausherren sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit - sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Mit kleinen und sehr leckeren Köstlichkeiten wird man von ihnen verwöhnt. Suuuuuuper!
