“I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

Das gesamte Personal war immer herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Buffet bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und selbst kurz vor Schluss wurde noch alles liebevoll aufgefüllt. Besonders angenehm war, wie ruhig und unauffällig das Personal gearbeitet hat,……

“Hatten eine schöne. Wir haben uns in eines der Hütten einquartiert. Alles war vorhanden. Sauberkeit war eher mittel. Doppelbett war klein. Wir haben die Standardhütte gebucht, würde ggfls. die etwas teuren buchen, wegen mehr komfort. Ansonsten ist das umliegende Campingplatz sehr gut besucht und bietet eine Sanitäranlage (Duschen, WC, Waschmaschine). Waren für zwei Nächte dort.”

“The hotel is located at a quiet area about 25-minutes walk distance from the bus station and center with beautiful sea view. The room and bedding are comfortable but the bathroom is very dark. The spa center is small. The breakfast coffee is good but the food is not very tasty. The receptionists are not enthusiastic.”
