We checked in very late after hours - 02:00 - and staff kindly left our keys in a secure lock box for self check in, all helpfully sorted via a simple email beforehand. “Check in was done ahead of time. Ok for us, but I had to help another couple later who hadn’t. The apartment was beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
