Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this beautifully appointed retreat features one of the largest balconies in town, perfect for soaking in the sights and sounds of the beach. For added convenience, the unit includes keyless entry for an effortless check-in and check-out experience, along with a reserved, covered parking space. Living, Kitchen & Dining The living area offers a cozy and inviting space to unwind, featuring plush seating, a sleeper sofa, and breathtaking Gulf views. Whether you're curling up with a book or simply admiring the waves, this space is designed for relaxation. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, a Keurig, a traditional coffee pot, and stainless appliances, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area offers a convenient space for gathering, located just off the kitchen, making mealtime effortless and enjoyable. Bedrooms & Bathrooms The master bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom has been fully remodeled, offering a double vanity and a spacious, tiled spa shower, providing a luxurious retreat after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, creating a comfortable space for guests. Important Information Parking One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $40 plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice. \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. Our visit was after the summer crowds had returned home, and only noticed an increase in noise and pool activity as the Labor Day holiday weekend arrived. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo at Regency Isle for Spring Break 2023 and it was as beautiful as pictured. The view was great, the beach was beautiful and not overly busy even during a spring break week. The location was great - quick trips to Gulf Shores or Pensacola, and loved how close it was to Flora-Bama! The master suite was amazing - the shower - wow! The condo had everything we needed and was pleasantly surprised by the ice machine! The condo property was well-maintained and clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and texting with the property manager was easy when needed. My only negatives would be the wash machine did not seem to work great, but it did work, just took a long time do wash a load of wash and was loud, and didn't seem to fill with water or agitate well, but it was nice to have for the week. The chairs at the pool are tethered to the railings, so you couldn't move them around to face the sun always, or with a group, you couldn't always be right next to each other, but that is not the property manager's issue, it is a condo complex issue and didn't bother us that much as most of our time was spent at the beach.
