Windward Pointe is a beachfront property that offers a wide variety of amenities, including a heated pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, BBQ area, basketball and a pickleball court. Unit 304 is professionally decorated in a coastal style. It is ideally situated on the third floor, so you can easily keep an eye on the kids in the pool while taking in the lovely beach views. With a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and 2 full beds in third bedroom. There is additional sleeping with a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 304 can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The Space:
Windward Pointe 304 is fully furnished, nicely appointed, and well-maintained, giving you all of the comforts of home in a beach-side tropical paradise located in the heart of Orange Beach. Consisting of 1260 square-feet with an open floorplan, the living area features a sectional couch and accent chair, with a large mounted flat screen TV and balcony access. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of counter space.

Windward Pointe 304 is ideally situated on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the beach. Watch the kids play in the pool or admire the spectacular view of the beach and gulf from the spacious balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table that seats six plus a high-top table with seating for four.

With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two full beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this lovely condo can sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The master bath features a tile walk-in shower while the guest bath has a tile tub/shower combo. This condo has a washer & dryer, wireless internet, and wood-like plank tile floors throughout.

Windward Pointe complex offers all the great amenities that you should expect from a resort destination, such as a heated indoor pool, outdoor beachside pool, children's wading pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, well-equipped exercise room, stainless steel charcoal grills, covered pavilion and tennis/ basketball/ pickleball court.

If you need added space, we also manage units 303 and 305, all located side by side and on the 3rd floor. Parking pass is paid separate from reservation upon arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & fitness room.

The Neighborhood:
Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. are all located within a few miles of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $50/stay/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses
