“The property was exactly as listed, and it exceeded expectations. There was more space than I was anticipating! I stayed with my son, and friend and his son. We had plenty of space for cooking, meals, and leisure. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was truly a game changer for us! We were in town for a football tournament and had plenty of laundry to keep up with. 10/10 would recommend this property.The hosts were also very friendly and responsive! “Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder.
