Come find adventure at The Sundance Retreat! Designed and built with attention to detail in 2025 in the premier location at the base of Provo Canyon just 10 minutes from both Sundance Resort and BYU.

Our luxury basement apartment has a separate entrance that invites you in to relax after a day of adventure in Utah, enjoy a movie with the family or soak in the hot tub.. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

We loved our stay!

Our family of 5 fit great in this space! This is a cozy basement apartment and it is decorated so nicely with attention to detail. The master closet is very large and was nice to store our suitcases and hang our clothes. The laundry facilities were perfect with soap and dryer sheets. The beds were very comfortable too! The location was nice - we could walk to the Provo Canyon trail - perfect for biking, running and walking.

Comfy home in great location

Loved staying here for a girls' weekend. The place was clean, well stocked, and easy to access. Hot tub was a wonderful feature. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious enough to not feel cramped. The only "downside" (and we knew this going in, so it's no ding against them) was that it was downstairs from a family that lives there so we could hear them moving around, talking, playing music, etc, throughout the day. Overall, very happy with our stay and with the hosts for their communication and amenities!

Amazing apartment

Highly recommend this beautiful basement apartment. Everything was new, clean and tastefully decorated. Located right at the mouth of Provo Canyon it was was a short drive into the canyon or to BYU. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was quickly responsive to any needs. W ou stay.
