"The place was just simply amazing. I know it's primarily used as a hunting lodge or base for trail riding, but my wife, daughter and 3 year old granddaughter loved it. "We had such a wonderful stay! The place was brand new, fresh, spotless, and had absolutely everything we could need. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we especially loved the little pantry with games for adults and toys for kids — such a thoughtful touch!The host also left us a lovely basket of treats, which was such a nice and welcoming surprise. You can really tell that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! "

"It was lovely to return to this cozy camp on Dark Cove, East Grand Lake, for a few days of rest and quiet before my 50th high school reunion weekend nearby! The deck is a perfect place to sit and watch the loons and other wildlife on the water. I ate all my meals out there and only moved inside once the light was going out of the sky, except for an occasional nap. The bed that overlooks the lake is a comfortable refuge and a great place to nap! The kitchen is well designed and fully equipped. The shower in the bath is oversized for a camp. Overall, a very comfortable and well-designed space to spend relaxing with northwoods nature! I look forward to returning in years to come!"

"We love coming to this camp every summer with the family. It's a beautiful location, great for kids, and pet friendly which is perfect for us. It's rustic, cozy, and has everything you need to just unplug and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, this year we did not get to enjoy the quiet getaway we've come to expect. The neighbors had very loud parties 4 separate nights we here there. While I can appreciate a fun time, it was hard to look past revving engines, screaming 'woohoos', and blasting music well past midnight while the kids were trying to sleep. This is the first year we had this issue so I'm not sure if it was just bad timing or something to expect in the future. We still had a nice vacation overall, but the excessively loud nights put a damper on the experience."
