Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). This BEAUTIFUL/ MODERN Townhome with a private splash pool is located next to the clubhouse and overlooking the clubhouse pool and spa. It is the ideal location to enjoy both your private pool and the community pool. No need for you to pay for pool heating if you don't want to. You basically have a second pool next to your house. You're just minutes away to the THEME PARKS (17-30 minutes depending on traffic), restaurants (5 min), shopping centers and more! The property can sleep up to 6 guests. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with ensuite (shower tub). It is the perfect bedroom for your elders. No stairs to climb. There is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, utensils, pots and pans, fridge...). Spend some time cooking with your family members and friends while watching your kids play in the pool and chatting with the rest of your party when they watch a game on the big smart tv located in the lounge. Upstairs there is a huge primary bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (two vanities and a shower tub). The last bedroom offer two twin beds and a private bathroom (bathtub). There is also a washer and dryer in the property. All bedrooms have smart TV's. This community offers a resort style pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, game room, playground and more! You will love it. Feel free to contact us if you have questions. Magical memories guaranteed. *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Clermont The Spring Games
Very nice and overall great place to stay and would stay again! Big TV and comfortable seating area and clean…if I had to add a wish list it’d be a little bigger care package, two dishwasher and laundry soaps and a grill…and cooking spray because everything stuck to the pans ha..but there was plenty of pans/dishes to make what you wanted. I did contact management about the ice maker not working nor the wifi connecting to our phones but to my knowledge no one came to look at it…but thankfully they had a couple ice trays to use 😊 i would recommend this property to friends!
