It looked clean and had spacious rooms but for a 9.5 review on online, I was expecting much more luxurious. It was very disappointing and we ended up staying at the Hilton resort and lost the $750 we paid for the room. It was a total waste of money. Our vacation would have been ruined if we stayed at your hotel so it was worth it to lose the money and get a real hotel that would leave us with fond memories of the vacation. I definitely won’t select rooms based on their ratings anymore. They are totally misleading.

Common areas were attractive and clean. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was lovely but the mattress could have been more comfortable. Coffee in the room was also lacking, but I am being nit picky. Close to some really good restaurants that we walked to easily. Breakfast was good! I would be happy to stay here again!
