This was a nice resort…the waterpark area was awesome and they had slides and pools for all ages. We had a standard room, nothing fancy but it was recently updated and clean. The property itself was nice, we didn't have any problems and the staff was friendly when we had questions about where something was. We would stay again!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I extend my stay for the whole week. My fiance had to be transported to the hospital during our stay. The manager extended our check out time and continued to check on us while we were at the hospital. They genuinely care about their guest.

I didn’t like the fact there was no table in the room. There was no chair in the room to sit down so you had to sit down on the bed with your clothes on. I didn’t like the fact that there was no place to hang your wet clothes and that the dryer cost five dollars to dry your clothes that’s insane and the clothes still was not dried. Otherwise not on the restaurant that was on the hotel. Breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast was excellent, but for dinner and lunch we had Off site to eat or order. even the on-site store was expensive if you wanna bag of chips that was like four dollars that was insane that one of the big slides was not working or they didn’t have a lifeguard. The kids did not get to play on that one, but otherwise that the children had fun in the little pool and the small slide . My overall rating would be 31/2 star Only because it was missing a couple of things and I’m not used to it I have traveled a lot but my grandson had fun so that's all that matters

the room was very smelly, and the bathroom was not very clean with some hair on the floor, in the bathtub and in the sink. the room looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned and the mattresses and pillows were very stinky.

We enjoyed the entire stay here. It was clean, friendly, and lots of options for entertainment. The kids love the pools and waterslides. Easy access to other things in the area. Very close to Sea World. Would definitely stay again.
