Just don't rent from Grand Welcome. Key entry code we were given didn’t work, took 3 phone calls to get inside. Pool filter wasnt functioning properly, couldn't come until the next day. It was on but water was stagnant and not circulating. One sink was clogged up and not useable. We knew there would be a limited supply of toilteries but there was zero toilet paper to be found on our arrival. To top it off we went to grill and noticed it was locked with a bike lock. Grand Welcome said oh yeah, thats 115$ fee to use and it was on their website. But it wasn't on the expedia site, it was listed as an amenity. I even sent them pictures. And thats like charging a fee to use the washer and dryer, who does that? I don’t appreciate hidden fees and they were not willing to resolve the issue for us. The company only said they would let the marketing team know for future customers. We loved the high ceilings but there was nothing special about the house. Mold in the bathroom, needs new caulking. Pool table and cues were worn out and kind of sad. There are so many different options in the orlando area, just choose a different one.
