The home itself is in a nice quiet area but conveniently located to restaurants and Walmart for whatever you may need. We love the layout of the house and had everything we needed to eat in on days we didn’t want to eat out. We appreciate the private splash pool but chose not to pay for heat this trip, which left it too chilly for our young girls to use. But again - this was by our choice. We just absolutely love the larger pool and hot tub which our kids basically lived in when we weren’t doing other excursions! The larger pool was so warm and relaxing, we comfortably spent many hours in it as a family! If we travel to the area again this will continue to be our 1st choice of place to stay! ##### Megan F. This was our first time doing a rental and I don't think we'll ever go back to being hotel people. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space, to grab something quick in the morning from the fridge, or keep leftovers from dinner we had our the night before. We loved the dip pool in the back. So nice to just plunge yourself in on the hot afternoons. The kitchen was so we'll stocked with cutlery, dishes, every kitchen utensil you could imagine I found in one drawer. I had to get in touch with David a couple of times and each time he was quick to respond. We even met the house manager on our last day, very nice man. There was also a dedicated parking spot on front, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. I would say the only gripe is, it is very well setback from the main road. I wish there was a back way out of the complex that connected you back to the main road. Not a problem though. If you're thinking about Davids place I would highly recommend. If you're worried about the drive times on google maps between there and Universal or Disney or even all the way out to Kennedy Space Center, don't be. Neighborhood was great and always felt safe, although it is a lot of crooks and turns back into the neighborhood. But, it is quiet, peaceful and serene. The home has everything you need and more. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of extra linens provided. There are even pool floats provided.It's not far from the Disney parks distance wise, but with traffic it may take a little while. But, was definitely nice to come back to each night.The only negative to the home was the front upstairs bedroom was covered in baby spiders, but we're from a rural area and accustomed to critters so we made a run to Walmart and got some insecticide. The owners communication was great as well. The property location over all not so much. There were people smoking weed on from steps two u it’s down and all could smell. Then when we went to use the pool at the clubhouse there were people playing loud music drinking and smoking in the pool area. Kids unattended to jumping in pool. Them when attempted to use the hot tub there were kids in there one of them lost his bandaid in tub and his scab was floating in the water. Two separate evenings while there police were on scene and shining spot lights around the property I to the yards. Didn’t feel very safe at all. ##### Hollis R.
