This fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, (2 of which are en-suite), fully air-conditioned villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed. It has been beautifully decorated with comfy sofas in the TV lounge as well as the formal lounge, gorgeous bedroom furnishings and window treatments throughout. Our villa is only minutes from Disney and close to all the other major attractions, as well as championship golf courses and wonderful beaches. A great place to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.This relaxing getaway is situated on a large corner plot within a conservation area, at Clear Creek. The large pool and spa can be heated for those cooler months and the oversize pool deck has ample sun beds for capturing those Florida rays, as well as a large patio table for alfresco dining under the covered Lanai. There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland. Enjoy the free wireless internet, free worldwide phone calls, Games Room, fishing rods, books and games.

Wonderful getaway from the business of Orlando!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Layout was perfect to provide privacy. Pool area was a hit with all age groups! Extra amenities like pack and play in closet, high chair in garage room, extra floats, etc were all appreciated!! Having access to washer and dryer was huge! We came down to not only enjoy Disney, but also drive to some beaches and enjoy all of Florida! Neighborhood is quiet, and near many stores and dining! There were some bars of soap at each sink, some cleaning supplies for any spills or doing dishes! Lots of books for enjoyment near the poolside if relaxing! Property manager very kind and came to fill pool up a day before we left then text us to let us know he was there and check how our stay has been. Cons- I have a hard time with this as it becomes “knit-picky” dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. When we arrived lint trap was very full! Even after emptying it the clothes took multiple times to get dry. Toilet paper, we went to get some as there were no extra rolls left for us. Three bathrooms a large family the toilet paper was gone quickly. I searched for back up rolls and couldn’t find any. We did leave extra to hopefully help the next family! Overall great stay 5 stars as like I said the cons are really preferences of me not necessities!

Beautiful, quiet place
This was a perfect place to have as a home base for our trip to Florida. There was plenty of room and the pool was a great perk for our family. The host and property managers were accommodating and responsive. We will look forward to staying here again!

Great location and great price
Lovely 2 weeks. Great location to Disney parks, amenities and a beautful view, with plenty of wildlife. The whole family loved the stay and the villa was a lot bigger than we thought it would be. 10/10

Overall stay was amazing. Pool was great for family and kids hanging out. Only suggestion is for there to be a couple staples provided like shampoo, conditioner and paper towel. Otherwise an amazing stay!

Great place to stay!
We had a fantastic stay here. Property is as described. Pool was quite low around 10” below its proper level. Pool guy stopped by towards the end of our trip. He did fill the pool and said it would heat/ work better now which would have been nice from day one of our trip. Even that being said I would still highly recommend this place to anyone and we’d definitely go back. We stayed here to visit Disney world. Short drive to all the parks and close to stores and restaurants which was super convenient. The owner Sally was super responsive and very easy to work with.

Orlando vacation
Great house! It’s bigger than I expected, with plenty of room for everyone. I didn’t realize we supplied our own consumables (dish soap, toilet paper), but dollar tree and Walmart were very close so it was easy to pick up what we needed. The games room was a nice treat as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable place. Somethings I would include for guests to bring that were not provided by host. Wash cloths, Laundry detergent, extra tissue, trash bags and paper towels. Drying towels were provided. Over all great place.

Amazing Location
This house was perfect for all our holiday needs. The location is superb and i am really missing watching the sun come up over the pond at the rear of the property. Although we didn't meet Ian in person we did speak on the phone and he is really helpful. The only negative is that we didn't spend more time at the villa due to our packed iteniary, oh and we didnt get to see Cokey. I would whole heartedly recommend this property and we will certainly be back. Mant thanks

House was absolutely amazing! Clean, spacious, every bit as it was described. Had an issue with the spa, contacted the owner/manager and they were out the very next morning! Fixed the issue and it was good to go! When we go back we will be looking to stay in their property again, and we HIGHLY recommend you do too!

Loved this place
Our stay was wonderful at this property. There were 4 adults and 2 kids. We stayed in March and paid for pool heat which was perfect. The pool and deck were spacious and clean with a lovely view of a pond behind us. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the ceiling fans in all of the rooms. The kitchen had modern appliances and all the dishes we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Family Holiday
We stayed as a family of 5 in November. We have been coming to Florida for the past 20 years but wanted somewhere we could be all together. The villa was perfect, super easy to find even though it was a new area to us, very clean and had everything we could need. My husband even taught me how to play pool while there. The area was very residential and quiet, we loved seeing all of the Christmas decorations around peoples houses. The pool area was huge and overlooking the lake which was lovely. We saw the alligator and a lot of turtles. It’s very close to anything you need, Walmart is literally 5 minutes if that, all the parks are within 30/40 mins drive and there are more entertainment and food options than we had time for. Absolutely perfect! Sally was great at getting back to me with any questions all through the booking. I really can’t recommend this villa enough and I can’t give it anything other than 5* for everything. We loved it!

Cute little house
This house is perfect for 8 people (2 married couples and 4 kids)! It’s in a quite little neighborhood. Everyone that we’ve meet has been friendly. It’s not far for anything. The Walmart is right outside of the neighborhood. Disney is right up the road and universal studios is not far past Disney. I would recommend this house to anyone I know.
