Your Home Away From Home
Enjoy our newly renovated coastal town home. Serene coastal colors
surrounded by wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the private patio area, flooding the space with natural light. We have created an allergen-free environment, meaning no carpet, feather pillows or down comforters.

Relax watching the 70inch flat screen TV from a brand new sofa and love seat which also converts to a queen size bed for additional sleeping.

Fully stocked open gourmet kitchen, A Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full size refrigerator with ice maker with filtration water system.

Farm house dining table sitting six and (2) bar stools in kitchen area.

Spectacular views - sitting back with the family on our private patio B.B.Q area over looking Sea Worlds nightly fireworks. Stargazing with a glass of wine on our comfy rocking chairs.

There is also a powder room located on the first floor.

On the second level enjoy the privacy of your own king size master bedroom flat screen television, jetted tub with rainfall shower head.

Guest bedroom includes two XL long twin beds, flat screen television and a private bathroom.

Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, fresh towels, bathroom amenities which includes, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Our Town Home is in a gated community which offers a 24-hour front desk service and a 24-hour convenient store.

The onsite restaurant/bar offers patio seating, overlooking the beautiful landscaping and water views. Fully stocked bar and delicious Pizza.

There is a community swimming pool, kiddie pool and a hot tub surrounded by a public grilling areas and picnic tables.

Coin operated laundry facilities are also available on the property.

Good for the price
This property is in a great location if you are going to visit SeaWorld. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when I realized I had booked the wrong dates. The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything you need for a stay. However, the flooring and furniture are low quality and the patio was unusable due to it only having one chair with cushions that were too dirty to sit on. And the only view from the patio is new homes being built a few feet away.

Orlando Condo stay
The condo was clean and very nice. Just like the pictures. It is in a apartment style hotel complex and is the only buikding at the end that is a renovated condo. No one bothered us abd is was very ckose to SeaWorld and the Orlando Convention Center

Good Location
This was our second year staying in this condo and it suited our families needs well. The place is clean and well appointed with everything a family would need. Our event was at the Orange County Convention Center and it was an easy drive for us to and from the center. My chief complaint is the construction going on right outside the patio doors from 7AM to 8PM most days. I wish I would have been informed about that prior to my arrival. Also there was a limo parked right behind the designated spot for this condo that made it difficult for us to get in and out of our parking space. I recommend moving the limo back a car length or moving it elsewhere. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great apartment near Discovery Cove
We were visiting Orlando for a birthday trip to Discovery Cove. The townhouse is clean , spacious and well appointed. There were lots of clean fluffy towels. As other reviewers noted, there is construction of a new development directly behind the unit, although we get up early and it didnā€™t affect our stay. The dishwasher is in need of cleaning/ replacing and the kitchen sink is missing itā€™s strainer. The master bedroom shower is a large step to get in and out. This was not a problem for us but would be if you had mobility issues. Would definitely stay again if visiting that area of Orlando.

The villa was just what we needed for our weekend extension because our son got admitted to the hospital while on vacation for a week which was exhausting. It was so clean and nice and all the decor was put together very nice. The Tv's were a very good size and had everything on it so you could enjoy all your favorite shows. The villa is also close to everything especially seaworld and restaurants even went to a aquatic fish store and found someone i needed for my turtles back home. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub that i really enjoyed and the water stays hot. My family will be returning to this villa someday to enjoy it for a whole week.

We stayed at the property which is 4 mins from SeaWorld where we went. Property was very clean and included everything needed for our stay. They even had things I didnā€™t expect like foil, zip locks and cooking seasonings! Iā€™ll definitely stay here every time we go to seaworld.

buena ubicacion
Lo mejor es la ubicacion de la casa ya que se encuentra en el centro de las atracciones mas importantes, lo negativo fue que la vista trasera no era lo que se ve en la fotos , ahora estan construyebdo nuevas edificios en frente y la vista es terrible, pero casi no tuve ni tiempo para esto, solo llegue a descsansar y a dia siguiente salir a los parques.

Prima, maar heel basic. Veel kapot en heeft renovatie nodig
Op eerste gezicht ziet het huisje er netjes uit. Maar al snel blijkt het toch wel aan renovatie toe te zijn. Het regelen van warm water vergt enige uitdaging. Het bad lekt en daardoor hadden we een water ballet in de woonkamer. Last van kakkerlakken gehad. En de achterdeur is heel lastig te sluiten. Geen mogelijkheid om gebruikte handdoeken op te hangen en geen theedoeken en handdoeken in de keuken. Het zwembad was ok. Maar de bar was gesloten en was het erg saai bij t zwembad. Ook de handdoeken zijn erg klein en heb je er minimaal 3 nodig om een beetje normaal op een bedje te liggen. En voor zoā€™n groot complex maar een stuk of 10 bedjes bij t zwembad is ook erg karig. Al met al prima, maar ik was blij toen we weer weg gingen. En wat ook niet heel gezellig was, was de aanbouw van een woonwijk 10 meter tegenover het huisje.

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!
We loved everything about this condo. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our event at the Orange County Convention Center. The place was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for my adult family to spread out. We really enjoyed the little patio for sitting out in the evenings. The pool was nice and not too crowded. The privacy of the villa was important to us and we didn't want anything too crowded so this was perfect. We heard that the Sea World fireworks can be seen from the patio, unfortunately they start at the end of May so we missed out on that but we will definitely be back next year!
