This 5 Bedroom 4+ Bathroom, 2265 Sq.Ft. home with private, splash pool is perfectly located, just minutes to Walt Disney World located within Windsor at Westside. This gated 5-star resort is packed with amenities and entertainment for the whole family.

The spacious accommodation is arranged over two floors.

The ground floor features a central family room with a fireplace, smart TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. State-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with fun extras like a Keurig (bring your favorite brew), popcorn maker, waffle iron, griddle for pancakes and much more.

There is a Queen Suite located on the ground floor also with a Smart TV.

Upstairs, you will find a King Master Suite, a Queen Suite, a Mickey Mouse Mouse-themed twin Bedroom, and a Star War's Wars-themed bedroom with bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top. Each room has a smart TV.

The upstairs bedrooms are arranged around a central loft/recreation area, featuring a smart TV, Play Station 4 game system and another Queen sleeper sofa.

Premium sheets and fluffy towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided.

Large Washer and Dryer upstairs.

The home offers complimentary WiFi and free calling to the USA and Canada.

This home has everything you will need for your little ones. Baby gates for the stairs, high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, sippy cups, bowls, spoons.

Outside, at your private splash pool, enjoy a relaxing conversation, a swim, or just the pool. Heat can be purchased in the cooler months and a BBQ can be rented.

The main clubhouse has many amenities. The beautiful pool, lazy river, cafe/bar (my favorite), and a little store to purchase milk and bread. The game room, playground, basketball court, soccer field, and volleyball are all a short walk away.

This townhouse is a corner unit which makes it close enough to all the clubhouse action(3-5 minute walk) but far enough away not to hear all the noise from the clubhouse. Outside of the pool enclosure is a grassy area for your little ones to play.

Great value property
The propoerty manager was wonderful with communication. The property itself was clean and roomy. The only issue was with our neighbor's behavior, whichwere not conducive to a younger family. Short of that the property itself was everyrhing that it advertised.

Lovely townhouse
Our overall stay was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for me and my family of 6. The townhouse was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions I had and made checking in and out easy. Although we didn't use the pool at the home it a great addition to have. We did take the kids to the clubhouse pool for the kidzone and lazy river, and they really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved the 5 bedroom townhouse. It was clean, spacious and having our own pool was great. Kathy checked on us, made arrival and departure so easy. The lazy River at the resort pool was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very nice, but parking is a hassle
you can fit one car comfortably, but a second car can be an issue. We had 2 mid sized SUVs, and we had to tetris them around to fit both in the driveway. Other than that everything was fine

We had a wonderful stay, having the private pool was a game changer! The house is beautifully maintained, location is easy and convent to Disney. Our children loved the clubhouse and all the extras. Communication with the owner and getting our questions answered was very easy, thank you for a great stay.

Great for a family Disney stay
We were in town for the Disney marathon weekend and were staying for a week. We had a great stay! Compared to other properties we have stayed at in the same area it seemed to have nicer/newer carpeting and overall nicer finishes. The pool at the townhouse is small but is great for littler kids or to take just a quick dip. Townhouse is close enough to walk to the resort pool (just a couple minute walk). The resort pool is heated and is great for kids (lazy river and slides). It is a little bit of a drive to Disney but is manageable. It is very close to grocery stores and other restaurants. There are only two things that I think could have made it any better. First, would be to have a little more on the kitchen supplies front (there is just one small cookie sheet for example). Since we were not doing any major cooking it was not a major issue. Second, the game room was pretty sparse compared to others we have stayed and, the air hockey table was missing the paddles and there wasn’t a lot else in there. Outside of those two things were as a great property and value and would stay again.

Everything was as advertised and communication with the property manager was perfect! The pool didn’t seem to be heating while we were there, but our money was quickly refunded. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and our kids loved the themed rooms! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful spacious townhome perfect for families
My family of 5 and I enjoyed our long weekend stay at this beautifully decorated and spacious town home. Communication from the property owner was great from beginning to end. We will for sure be back on our next trip to Orlando.

Family-friendly stay
The property is as described. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have 1 room downstairs with a full bathroom. Half bath is outside by the pool which we discovered on day 2, which was nice. Pool is smaller than it appears in photos but was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the basic dishes, pots and pans. I would recommend a large baking sheet (it only has a small one). Also, we brought our air fryer as we were aware there was not one. The can opener did not work well and the leasing agent actually brought one to us and that was a nice surprise. Air conditioner was not working when we arrived, repair guy was there within 2 hours and repair was made and no other problems. Entry door has a safety alarm that is quite annoying, but if you have small children it would be great as you know they will not be able to access the pool area without you and all the neighbors knowing about it. They were able to disable it for our stay, we had to take full responsibility of all family members around the pool. Air hockey table did not work and apparently it was a known to them, off and on issue. We were disappointed but not a deal breaker as there is a game room on site and the games were free, so that was great. Resort pool was nice, everyone enjoyed it. Community seemed safe. None of the gates with keypad entry, including main gate were working for our 9 days, we had to enter at main entrance and provide address. Overall, the stay was great. We would recommend this listing

Perfect for Our Family Vacation
The home was as depicted in the listing. It was a very comfortable and spacious home for our family vacation. While there were a few minor issues, these were efficiently resolved by the property manager. The location was great for our Disney Excursion Days, restaurants and shopping. The family also really enjoyed relaxing time at the community pool / centre which had great amenities.

Great home!
Enjoyed our stay... lots of things about this property were positives. It was VERY clean, bedrooms were spacious and having many bathrooms was ideal for our large group. Kitchen and appliances were perfect and the fridge and freezer was large and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the main pool was only a couple of minutes. The games room was lacking and smelled (garbage smell). That is probably our only complaint. We didn't use it. The air hockey table was broken. More than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towel would be nice to be supplied as part of the price but yes, this was communicated to us, so it was no surprise. We had a very busy week at the theme parks and overall this was a nice house to come back to each night.

Great house
The house was very nice and clean, it’s about 30/35 minutes from universal studios, which I really didn’t mind. The host was nice and attentive, she made sure everything was ready and in place before we got there, and she was available whenever I had any questions or concerns. This is a great house for the price. The only issue I had was the amount of rules and fines that were listed all over the house, it was a little intimidating and made you kind of not want to touch anything. Also, the parking is a littler tight if you have more than one vehicle, which the host had already made us aware of beforehand. But overall great house!!!

As advertised. Very nice end unit townhome with private pool in addition to the big central pool/river. We visited in Nov and the water temps were good (private pool and lazy river warm, the kids area and pool a bit cooler). Owners were very proactive reaching out via text and email, and we're sure any issues would have been resolved quickly if we had any. Beds are comfy, carpet appeared new, and the whole house was clean. No issues staying here again.

Beautiful property
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for a family of 12! The property was clean with instructions clearly posted. Honestly, I was extremely nervous about the security feature on the door when we arrived. I was scared one of the kids would set off the alarm, but once you get the hang of it, your stay will be a breeze. The property manager, Kathy, was super helpful. Although, she was out of town, she was always available for questions. And because of this, we are definitely considering returning next year for our next family vacay.
