The air vents had rust buildup and required cleaning. There was rust around the shower area as well. One of the sinks had a dirty hole that needed a deep cleaning. The interior was in need of a fresh paint job to update and brighten the space. Additionally, the furniture was outdated and one of the bar chairs was so unstable that one of my family members almost ended up on the floor. The kitchen appliances were not up to date and some dishes were dirty. It would also benefit from having more pots and pans to fully support comfortable cooking. Our family loved staying here! We have young children who aren't the strongest of swimmers yet, so the mini pool was amazing! This trip was for business, and it was so nice to have a nice house, full of accommodations, for us to relax and unwind afterwards. The well-stocked kitchen was perfect for a family who does all the cooking. We brought our own spices and a few of our favorite dishes, but this kitchen had plenty even if we hadn't brought our own dishes. The house is spacious, and we loved that it has a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was lovely, and we were able to take a nice walk to enjoy the lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The only downfall, for our family, specifically, was that one of the security guards at the gate said we weren't allowed in the community with our large vehicle. It's a short bus. The owner of the house was incredibly helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get through the gate and to the house. This wasn't any fault of the owner's, just something to be aware of if you stay in the community. The house seemed a little dated inside but was good enough for the night we were in Orlando. Communication with the host was very easily and he was very nice and helpful upon request.
