I will never stay at this condo again. Dirty throw blankets, old old bathroom linens, miscellaneous kitchen utensils thrown in any drawer. Washer barely works. Did not receive the unit number or lock combination prior to arrival.

Great Location
The location worked out great for us. Close to resort pool, walking distance to Publix, short drive to aquatic center. The property needs some maintenance on 2nd king bed, additional linens, and the washer and dishwasher fixing. The check in process was easy and messages with the host were answered promptly during our stay.

Great Choice
The property is beautiful. Clean and delivered as promised. The only minor complaint is the spa did not work part of the time and the bed in the master is getting close to the end. Both are minor issues and this property deserves a 5 star rating. It is big, well located and well maintained. I am coming back in Feb with my family so I am hoping to rent this unit again. Very Happy!

The overall resort is nice and well kept. I didn’t have a room number prior to check in so I had to contact the property manager. The property was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes. All of kitchen utensils and dishes were not clean and the home has ants.The beds were very uncomfortable and the property has a lot of small cosmetic damages. The property does have plenty of room and spacious and the area is nice but for the price the property needs to be updated and should have been in a lot better condition. Finally we decided to leave early the night before because someone on the floor above was playing loud music after 11pm so we decided to leave early.

Time to Update Your Villa
We stayed at Vista Cay because my son’s volleyball team stays there. You roll the dice when you book. This particular unit had many things that are in need of fixing and replacement. When my husband sat on the edge of the bed, it tipped. All beds were flimsy and on wheels. Lamps were tilted. Lightbulbs were burned out. Mold in the shower. The sofa headrest was broken. One of the bedrooms had a broken window. Lots of patched holes in the walls. No ceiling fans. Very random dishes, etc. in kitchen.

We came for cheer competition at the OCCC. Its location was perfect. It was spacious, clean and we could not have been more pleased! We had a great location to Universal, disney springs, many shops and delicious restaurants. The property grounds are gorgeous with lots if wild life. The pool was wonderful and clean. We will be staying here again!

Great getaway
The property was exactly as described. It was a very comfortable stay for my family. The ability to bring our dogs is so important to us, so we truly appreciate hosts like Hananya who open their properties to dogs! The Vista Cay resort and location is really ideal from our perspective, and is such a nice alternative to staying at a hotel. The lake and path around it are so peaceful, and offer a nice tranquil balance against the chaos of days spent at the amusement parks.

This is a very nice condo in Vista Cay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Owner did a nice job communicating and if we needed something, he brought it to us. Only thing would be needs newer and more towels, particularly for the pool, and the master bedroom furniture needs cleaning/updating.

We traveled to the Orlando Area for my daughter's wedding. I was looking for a place that would be appealing to my family to stay in and be large enough to welcome our out-of-town guests. for a location that was "impressive". The grounds were perfectly manicured, Buildings were clean. and well kept, Foyer entry floors and glass doors were cleaned daily by very friendly staff. Loved the convenience of the keyless security lock on the front. Smelled clean when I walked in, Kitchen was just as shown & fully stocked with necessities. , Modern Beds & living room furniture were in perfect condition, the Master bath is HUGE, as well as the bedrooms, the Laundry room was even large! Enjoyed the outdoor furniture on the balcony every evening. The Pool, was the perfect Temp every day, Pool Bar is open from 12:00 - 10:30 pm daily. **The HOA Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we liked it so much we requested to extend our stay,. I Will definitely stay here again, in fact, I won't even look at any other, locations, this place was PERFECT **Only one thing disturbed us, and had we been told, we would not have been offended. So I am telling you.......At the Pool Bar, Drinks are quite pricey, and inconsistent depending on the staff, on duty. A few days into the trip, I was sitting at the bar and noticed a small sign by the register "20% tip added to all orders" Doesn't matter if it is one drink or 10. We were not told, and I believe that may have been. on purpose., Normally my Hubby goes overboard, but once I noticed this sign - no more "BONUS" tips. So Drinker BEWARE. Otherwise, I would rate our stay a"10," We had a wonderful week. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests! The Deutsch Family

We never stayed at your rental because you failed to give us the access information. I called you and messaged you. I spoke to VRBO and they also tried reaching out to you and there was no response. So we were left stranded. I am expecting a full refund due to this inconvenience and I already spoke to VRBO about this issue. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Great Location
There was an issue with a smoke detector that went unresolved by the manager. We ended up getting batteries and fixing it ourselves. The manager was busy with other commitments and did offer us dinner at his restaurant. We enjoyed the house and the location close to the conference center.
