Room was very quiet and clean, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately both the toilet seat and faucet were loose. Later breakfast meant ants were crawling on the nice breads on the counter. Terrace is lovely to sit outside. Online check-in was seamless.

When I got into town, my access to the building via text did not work. I called the company and they helped me get in. It was great communication all through my stay. I would love to stay there again.

The property was wonderful. The rating is low because of the way that is established to enter the hotel. It is unmanned so you have to scan a QR code on your mobile device to receive an entry code. If your phone service is in France, I’m sure there’s no problem as I saw with other people, but since I’m from the United States and my service was roaming, I had less than standard service. It failed at least once and I was not comfortable with going outside and getting locked out, so I stayed inside the whole time which fortunately was only one night. Contacting the staff was not easy because my service was from a different country and they didn’t answer the phone when you called but would call you back. When the call was returned, it was explained that there was an actual key stored in a lock box in the room. This would have worked well if the key actually worked in the lock, but it did not work. So I ended up being happy when my departure time arrived.

L’entrée autonome est pratique mais il faut que tout fonctionne. Cela n’a pas été le cas dans ma chambre. La télé ne marchait pas et malgré un appel, il n’a pas été possible de faire quoi que soit. Concernant la chambre, il manquait un ou 2 cintres .

Net hotel, centraal gelegen

Hotel in het centrum van Orleans zonder receptie, alles gaat via je smartphone - t/m het openen van de deuren aan toe. Dat betekent wel dat-ie goed opgeladen moet zijn en je hem ook niet op de kamer moet laten liggen. Verder keurige kamer met comfortabel bed en ruime badkamer. Beneden is een gemeenschappelijke (ontbijt)ruimte met koelkast die door iedereen gebruikt kan worden. Gratis bagagekluis.

Un hébergement nouvelle génération... Même s'il est pratique de gérer soi-même son arrivée et son départ, les contraintes liées à l'absence de personnel de réception sont bien là. Après le couac lié au problème de transmission du règlement entre le site de réservation et le prestataire, mauvaise surprise pour nous : on nous a attribué une chambre au rez de chaussée, à l'entrée de l'établissement donc nous avons pu suivre les allées et venues de tous les hôtes 😅 Le pire : dès l'entrée de la chambre, nous avons été saisis par l'odeur de remontées d'égouts... comme si nous entrions dans un local poubelles ! Malgré nos actions pour tenter de limiter la nuisance (faire couler l'eau, aérer, etc) nous avons été incommodés toute la nuit. D'après la personne qui gérait le petit déjeuner, le problème était connu des propriétaires et nous aurions dû demander une autre chambre. Si d'autres chambres "saines" et plus tranquilles étaient disponibles, pourquoi nous avoir attribué celle-ci ?? 😒 Dernier point en moins : pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains : ça caille ! Bref... déçus, sauf par la déco et la literie

Je recommande absolument cet hébergement : chambre spacieuse, insonorisée; équipement d’une grande qualité, salle de bain très agréable et fonctionnelle. La cuisine collective est super conviviale et très bien achalandée (frigo à disposition ainsi que d’autres appareils ménagers). Petit déjeuner sain et en libre-service. J’ai eu un contact très chaleureux avec une certaine Kathleen, très sympathique et efficace. Bref, super adresse en plein centre (on entend le timbre de la cathédrale égrener les heures), tramway au pied de l’immeuble. Au top !

Petits retours

L'établissement se veut en gestion autonome sans personnel sur place. Du coup, dès que la porte d'entrée est passée, c'est un peu comme si on entrait dans un escape game, a tout regarder avant de pousser la prochaine porte, de peur de louper l'information importante. Passé cette sensation, l'établissement est neuf, au goût du jour et on se sent plus dans un logement associatif que dans un hôtel. Pour ma part il a manqué des choses nécessaires (que je pensais trouver dans la chambre) : un espace de travail avec a minima un rebord dépliable et une chaise. J'ai du me résoudre a passer une grande partie de ma soirée dans la cuisine commune pour travailler, ne profitant pas ainsi du "cocon" que l'on me proposait. Une petite table de nuit également. Pour poser lunette, téléphone, ou autres objets plus encombrants (pensez a ceux qui sont appareillés pour de l'apnée du sommeil). Voilà pour ces petits points négatifs. Pour le reste l'endroit est très bien. Douche superbe, j'ai très bien dormi dans la literie, l'appli a bien joué son rôle et le personnel, que j'ai eu l'occasion d'appeler, a répondu de suite et réglé mon souci en un instant.

Bien, quelques petits points à améliorer.

Bien car propre et idéalement placé. Je noterai dans les points négatifs : - La salle d'eau qui n'a pas de chauffage, très honnêtement c'était glacial. - Le matin eau tiède dans la douche. - La procédure de confirmation de la réservation qui demande une photo de la carte d'identité, je ne suis pas fan des sites inconnus qui stockent des DCP (Données à Caractère Personnel) à des fins non obligatoires (les autres hôtels ne demandent jamais de pièces d'identités). Sinon petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant et la dame présente très sympathique.

Le lieu est surprenant et conviviale.

Surprenant l'accueil à l'interphone. Mais sinon tout parfait. Établissement agréable. Juste un peu trop chaud dans la chambre pour dormir. Impossible de régler la température et fenêtre sur extérieur plutôt bruyant.

Un concept que je ne connaissait pas mais qui, ma foi, est assez simple : l'enregistres fait en amont par téléphone, il n'y a pas de réception physique mais toujours quelqu'un pour vous répondre par téléphone et traiter la demande. Les chambre sont très agréables et très propres. Une cuisine partagée avec une copieux petit déjeuner et du personnel pour vous guider. Je recommande et si je reviens dans le coin, je reviendrais.

1.gang, jeg skulle prøve at kom ind på et hotel med QR-kode og smartphone. Noget af en udfordring, men perfekt kommunikation via telefonen, fordi vejledningen fungerede ikke optimal. Hotellet er hyggelig og rart, med gårdhave og fælles køkken/opholdsstue. Vi var der kun 1 nat, men det kan anbefales til længer ophold.

La localisation est très centrale, on peut visiter Orléans à pied (5 minutes à pied de la gare) Très bien décoré avec en plus un petit jardin. La literie est très bonne et la décoration soigné.
