The ideal place to relax while admiring the amazing view, in the pool surrounded by green nature. The area offers the possibility of multiple hikes, food/wine tasting and the trips to the near and typical villages. The accommodation is 60 square meters, is structured in one level, there are only three steps that divide the dining room from the bedroom and bathroom. All the rooms have been furnished in rustic style and are equipped with large windows with mosquitos nets. Compared to the other houses this one is the most reserved and is the only one with a private direct access to the village. This apartment can be used by a couple or a family with two kids or two couples. The structure is a Pet Friendly one and allows pets from small to medium size, with a little surcharge. The kitchen and dining room with the sofa is very wide and equipped with high quality dishes, fridge, oven, gas cooktop and coffee machine. From its large window you can admire the valley, which in every season will pleasure you with many different colors. There are also two master bedrooms and a bathroom. The outdoor space in front of the entrance door is for exclusive use, you can use the table with an umbrella both for breakfast in the fresh air of the morning and for dinner under the stars. The outdoor space in front of the entrance is fenced to ensure more security and control when there are pets of different groups of guests. The term Le Mogli is part of the group of those words that have been forgotten in the years in our village, it came from the name used by locals to refer to the fireplace tongs. "Canto del fiume” is the name of our structure, realized thanks to a meticulous work of renovation of an ancient complex in the historic center of the village of medieval origins and consists of four independent accommodations, settled on two ancient stone houses. Our holiday house offers to the guests private and comfortable apartments to meet all their needs. Guests also can take advantage of several common services, like the large garden terrace, typical of the area, the pool, the space with the hot tub, the one with the ping pong table and the arbor with a table that can accommodate up to 16 people. Every outdoor structure is available for the guests. The structure has the characteristics of a little stone village in a private area of Raggiolo. The historic center is entirely pedestrian, so the cars have to be parked in the communal and free parking just outside Raggiolo, like 250 meters before, so as to leave quiet in the village. For the particular conformity of the historic center, in case of stay of guests with limited mobility, it is recommended to contact us early to have more information and make specific arrangements for the stay. We suggest to all our guests to look at the services box, here we show you some details: \- All the bed and bath linen is provided and included in the price \- Beautiful and colorful dishes and steel cutlery, knives also suitable for meat are available as the cutlery for barbecue \- Espresso coffee machine \- The kitchen is for exclusive use of the house and is equipped with an oven fridge, gas stove and sink. There are available dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots \- A gas stove, pots supplied by the house \- They have supplied salt, pepper and oil for the guests. All the aromatic plants in the garden can be use to cook \- Our pool is 50 square meters large and 140 centimeters high, sanitized with salt, it can be only use by the guests of the structure, which is composed by four accommodations \- The hot tub is located in the garden covered by a wood gazebo, is use by reservation, only by the guests of the structure, which is composed by four accommodations \- The washing machine is located in the cellars’s area \- The area is entirely pedestrian and the car must be park in the communal and free parking collocated outside the village, we recommend the use of a trolley \- In every apartment there is a fire extinguisher marked by the data plate \- The first aid kit is located in the laundry area, the pool first aid kit is located in the gazebo above the pool \- Our structure allows the guests to use tap water which is drinkable and comes from groundwater located in a nearby mountain. This water is regularly controlled by authorities and has a good taste, is safe, saves you money, time, struggle and doesn’t generate waste. \- Emergency numbers: 115 firefighters 113 state police for emergency calls, 118 sanitary service for urgent emergency 112 unique european number for emergency Paolina house is part of the structure “Canto del Fiume” and is located in Raggiolo, Tuscany. Raggiolo is surrounded by the green of nature in Casentino, Arezzo, from 2015 is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Is located on the slopes of Pratomagno, is like 600 meters high and has medieval origins. Near the village there are two fascinating and accessible streams Our structure offers some interesting new services that are updated every year. For the year 2023 it will be possible to participate in some cooking courses, have massages from physiotherapists, delivery chefs and a lot more. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, die Wege sind sämtlich steil. Es ist ein Auto erforderlich, im Ort gibt es keine Möglichkeit Lebensmittel einzukaufen! In dem kleinen Restaurant allerdings kann man sehr schön und lecker essen gehen. Die Unterkunft ist insbesondere durch den Pool und eine traumhaft schöne Aussicht sehr schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert jederzeit erreichbar. (kleine Anmerkung: anders als beschrieben gibt es keine Spülmaschine! Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden) Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub abseits allen Alltags. Selbst als nicht Italienisch sprechende Touristen wurden wir ganz herzlich in der kleinen Ortsgemeinde aufgenommen und hatten Anteil an den tollen Kulturveranstaltungen im Ort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbereit! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft, das Willkommensgeschenk, den immer sauberen Pool, die wertvollen Ausflugstipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man muss mit dem Auto anreisen. Somit absolute Privatsphäre. Pool top , wie auch beide Whirlpools. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein da der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus sehr steil ist.
