I love the property and the location near a local train station that connects to Universal Studio and downtown Osaka. The apartment is larger than any hotel I could have found in the area for the price. I will definitely be using this rental next year when I return to Osaka if it's available during my vacation time.

Every convenient location, especially if you plan to visit UFJ. JR station is t min away and a convenient store near the station. The property was clean and very spacious. Really nice and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a nice view. Easy access to trains ( Ajikawaguchi Station), one stop to get on the Osaka loop line ( making it really easy to get to Kobe, Nara and Kyoto ), Keyless entry is nice room feature no fumbling or losing entry cards. I'll return without a doubt.

Staff was remarkably efficient and so responsive to emergencies (we had a fire practice onsite). Property was clean and brought a sense of family and togetherness to share with all guests and if wanted to mingle a bit and share their memories together. Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal.

Absolutely love this place down the views were impeccable the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and roomy we booked the 2 bedroom but there was also a tatami bed in the living room it over looks the osaka bay just fantastic, getting around osaka was fine as well but getting to universal was chefs kiss couldn’t have picked a better place!!!! 💕
