"We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had a great experience. The staff has been consistently welcoming and always willing to help. On this sta we had a minor issue with the Roku cable freezing up a few times but returned to normal after being reset. Once by the engineer and we handled ourselves the second time. One word of caution on the parking. If you use Sopthero for the 720 N. Jefferson outdoor parking directly across the street from the hotel entrance on Jefferson it is the smaller lot roped off by chains with about 15 spots not the larger lot next to it. I had 3 -$90 parking tickets when I went out to my car. I was able to contact the company to have them removed since they also owned the lot next door and could see that I paid. "

"The Staff was absolutely awesome! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and from check in to check out we had the best time. Security, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, Marketplace workers, front desk, Cream City Coffee, Sportsbook cashiers were all great and made you feel welcome. Our room on the 19th floor was awesome with the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel is very clean. The Sportsbook for the March Madness Tourney was organized and ran so well, kudos to ALL the employees who worked that, they did amazing."

"The cleaners were nice and friendly my room was clean my room was given to me an hour late. The main lobby pool was closed on sunday the hottub was closed i was very dissapointed this time"
