Our room had 2 beds - one bed was in a separate room. The room was clean, had a mini fridge but no coffee maker or microwave. The bathroom was large & clean. The AC was a little noisy & took awhile to cool the room. If you like to sleep in, bring eye masks. The curtains are not black out, so the sun shines in early in the morning. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and shares the hot tub with the hotel next door. It has its own beachfront, but bring your own chairs & beach towels. There are picnic tables for your use. All-in-all, a pleasant stay. Will come back next time better prepared for a beach vacation.

The Falcon is right in the middle of the strip, has a beautiful section of beach and is a perfect budget oriented place to stay in Osoyoos.

Nice place close to the lake

It is a nice place. They do all the efforts to make it tidy and clean, as a family business. It needs some renovation. Having a kitchen, was a good thing. The most enjoyable thing was that the resort on the lake with a private beach. We enjoyed staying there, with the pools. Thank you!

Fridge squealing all day and night. Beddings dirty I was sneezing all night seems like there was a pet before us and bed wasnt washed. Oven still had old food. Water pressure of the toilet not strong enough wont flush properly. Beach area is nice, quiet and private

The location is great with easy access to the beach, which was the only highlight. Unfortunately, the property itself was in poor condition—smelled bad, felt unclean, and clearly not well-maintained. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall service was terrible. Definitely not worth the high price given the state of the place. Would not recommend.

Our room was next to the dumpster (smelly), the mattress was terrible (old and needs to be replaced), the air conditioner was so noisy that we couldn't hear the TV or leave it on during the night. There was only one small window in the entry door so we couldn't leave the curtain open to allow for fresh air during the night. The location was great and the views from the hotel were stunning. Too bad the motel didn't compare to the view. This motel has lots of potential if upgrades were made.

Had to wait for someone to pull up to the place to check in. Pool was dilapidated and shut down. No beach chairs available. No coffee provided. No food or breakfast onsite. No microwave. Access to the private beach area was great.

We found the pool was not heated and very cold. The room was semi clean, but the bed covers smelled and were old. The railing on the stairs was very shaky and loose not trustworthy. The price was steep and was only that because of the location of the Motel. Needs a major renovation. Didn't find the hot tub?

Roofs were leaking after a storm. Terrible service. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Bedding did not look clean & was older than me. A few friends booked using Expedia and they lost the reservation as they still use paper to track bookings. Very out dated and the motel has gone downhill. Never again.
