“We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. There was only one other guest in the Inn so it was definitely……

“Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. Once the knob was turned the doors then latched as expected. I did inform……
