“The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Our room also had a great kitchen setup with a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and even plates and utensils, which was a really nice bonus. The breakfast was great, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel stood out. Everything about……

“The room was on, soap dispenser was empty and no extra TP in the room. Roll was only”

“When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. ”

“Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator. ”

“Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. Once the knob was turned the doors then latched as expected. I did inform……

“Selected hotel because it said it had a hot tub, but it does not. The pool was really warm though. I stayed in room 334 with two teenagers. Nice separate bedroom with two queen beds and nice kitchen with full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner stove, full size coffee maker, and real dishes. We also used the sofa bed, which was a typical uncomfortable mattress. The breakfast was fine. Only issue was this room was on the side overlooking the interstate, so it was……
