The breakfast (I paid to have it included) the options got minimized and you were only allowed one beverage. Whether it was coffee or juice, only one drink. They never come around to see if you wanted anything else whether it was breakfast or dinner. If you wanted another drink. So the only restaurant there was terrible for service. The room itself was great. A/c worked well, but I believe I got reminded 3 times to make sure the kitchen was clean otherwise I would get fined $75US. Although, when I decided to check under the bed to see if I got everything before checking out. There was a full roll of toiletpaper thrown under the one bed and coral pieces under the other bed. The beach was nice, many fish to see. No glass was allowed on the beach but plastic cups weren’t available anywhere. Their trick to get you to go to the restaurant where the service is terrible.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent. The grounds are a bit run down as none of the water fixtures were working. It would have been nice if they worked.

Friendly staff overall, access to the Dreams hotel next door. Good experience.

The property is outdated for the price and the entertainment is lacking. Bathrooms need major updating starting with ventilation. Resort needs to adhere to posted dining hours.

Not very friendly staff The Food is very bad. No elevators to the rooms. I pay extra for vip, it’s a joke don’t spend money on this property. Hyatt should be ashamed of themselves
