A strange man had a key to my room and entered. I was terrified as a woman traveling alone. They switched my room but the damage had been done. I also woke up to bug bites all over my back and arms. I will be asking for a refund and will never return.

Roaches in the room. There is nothing nearby. Everything requires a ride somewhere, so it would have been less expensive to pay more elsewhere for a better room and lobby because the average ride was costing $13 each way.

I had to evacuate Hurricane Beryl from Houston. I have to say, this was a wonderful stay. I was displaced and anxious upon arrival, but the staff was so incredibly accommodating. I was able to bring my two dogs and we were so grateful for the hospitality. We will be making this our evacuation route and will not become strangers to this branch of the Wyndham!
