“Our 4 day stay in Sapa at this hotel was great! From the front desk staff especially Wendy she was fantastic AWESOME! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying……

“浴室的水容易流出廁所地面，應該要改善。其他地方很不錯。”

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. ”

“優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了 ”

“山景房間景觀非常美麗，服務人員態度賠償友善親切，離沙壩市鎮走路15分鐘不算太遠，坐車也很方便，可惜游泳池在室內，空氣流通不好！”

“Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing.
