Excellen location and a really nice property. Close enough to everything but nice and quiet at night

Title: Avoid this place. Disappointing experience and zero support. I chose this accommodation based on a high discount rate, but it was a terrible mistake. The room condition was unacceptable—covered in mold, smelling musty, and the bed was damp. The dining table was on the verge of breaking, and the metal chairs were in awful condition. Furthermore, the TV did not work at all, and it took them several days just to bring a remote control that didn't even have a battery cover. There was no physical reception desk or staff on-site to help. When I contacted customer service for support, they spent the whole night dodging responsibility and refused to resolve the issue properly. I had to contact the off-site manager myself to change to a slightly better room just to complete my long-term stay. Please leave a comment: Should I report this terrible property and the platform to the official authorities?
