“This is no ordinary pod. It is beautifully presented with so much thought given to it's furnishing. I didn't expect to find a wine fridge or induction hob, but there they were. The towels are luxurious and the toiletries are classy. There are even pods provided for the Nespresso machine! The fridge is stocked with essentials, and even some non-essential treats. Just as importantly, I was given a proper warm welcome on arrival. I loved my stay here. PS The eggs were delicious.”

Management are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Recommend the Castle cafe downstairs for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”

“This is going to sound ridiculous--there are so many awesome things about this place, from the view to the high-tech everything to the fantastically deep bathtub--but as an American on a road trip through Scotland, I was *so excited* to have a real, actual, American-style clothes dryer to do laundry! So many rentals in Europe have those air-fluff washer/dryer combos, or just plain old drying racks for wet clothes, so to have a full-fledged electric dryer was the height of luxury. Silly, I know.……
