Waterfront 104 Condo has harbor views from the deck & living room in a secured building! Complex has 3 outdoor pools, spa, tennis courts, clubhouse, sauna, fitness center, locker rooms, and laundry facilities on each floor. Come Enjoy Channel Islands Harbor !  
29 night minimum stay. Requires guest to submit an application and HOA registration.   
  
All communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.   
  
This gated condo complex has 3 pools, spa, clubhouse, BBQ area and a great sense of community.   
Channel Islands Harbor is a haven for water enthusiasts, offering opportunities for surfing, paddleboarding, and leisurely sunset walks. With a backdrop of picturesque Islands and friendly community spirit, it's not just a location; it's a lifestyle.   
  
Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!  
  
Waterfront 104 is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a great deck looking out onto the harbor!   
Bedroom has a queen size bed, smart television, and walk in closet. Living room has big screen television, and comfy couch with pull out bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to make a basic meal. The outdoor furniture is perfect for lounging, with couch, bench, table that seats 4 and small propane grill.  
  
Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.  
  
This condo offers Free WIFI, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, misc. cooking equipment, dishes/utensils, outdoor furniture, BBQ, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.

Great place right off the channel island harbor. You can see a beautiful view of boats coming and leaving the harbor. You can also hear and see seals right off the pier. The place is clean and situated in a pretty safe area.
