The only thing that needs to improve is communication about opening times of the Il Cantuccio restaurant as it closes at 8pm despite the paperwork, app and TV saying 10pm. The lady (I assume manager) was so rude to us and many other customers. She lets the place down as everyone else is so polite and cannot do enough for you. The other staff at Il Cantuccio are lovely though."
