Wonderful kind, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic view, great restaurant. Can’t wait to return. If you don’t have a car I would recommend booking a ferry transfer with the hotel. It is an easy walk but uncomfortable in the heat.

Villa Nai 3.3 — Presidential-Class Hospitality This was our third stay at Villa Nai 3.3, and it continues to exist in a category of its own. Having experienced many of the world’s leading luxury hotels, including Four Seasons and One&Only, Villa Nai delivers something even more exceptional. The service is beyond traditional five-star hospitality—it is presidential-class. Personal, extraordinarily discreet, intuitive, and completely effortless. The team has mastered the ability to anticipate what you want before you ever have to ask. The rooms are spectacular. Architecturally remarkable, incredibly private, serene, and sophisticated, they feel entirely connected to the landscape of Dugi Otok. Nothing here feels mass-produced or formulaic. It is intimate luxury at its absolute best. The culinary experience is equally extraordinary. The chef and team deliver Michelin-starred dining that deserves to be considered a destination in itself. The ingredients, presentation, creativity, and connection to the island are exceptional. Three visits in, the food remains one of the defining parts of the experience. What ultimately distinguishes Villa Nai is the feeling it creates. With so few guests and such an extraordinary level of attention, you experience a standard of hospitality that even many of the world’s most celebrated luxury resorts simply cannot replicate.

The property is a true oasis, in a beautiful setting with very comfortable and nicely appointed rooms. But what makes it special is a warm hospitality, professional service and delicious meals regardless if it is in a Michelin star restaurant or a traditional taverna.

Lovely location with a little private beach out front with a beach bar. Lots of positives. Food was lovely. Coffee and free cake is a great deal. Breakfast menu was limited but really tasty. Poached eggs were perfect every time. Staff were nice with good English. Room has lots of thoughtful little touches like a cardboard box to hide the light from the air con display. Hotel common areas were very beautiful. Didn't use the pool or sauna but very nice area. On the down side room was a little small and no balconies so drying clothes etc. was difficult but it's an old building so there is little that could fix that. Lack of kettle is a bit weird as all hot water had to go through the coffee machine and comes out brown with old coffee grounds. Preko is very beautiful and peaceful (in September) and this was a really nice hotel to have as a base. Recommended
