“Me and my son stayed there for 6 days and I think they cleaned our room one time. Rude staff even when I asked for fresh towels. They took double payment for the last two days and promised to refound the money but now I’ve been home for a week and have seen nothing yet.”

“Joel Hotel was presented exactly as advertised. The room we had was very modern with a great sea view and a spacious balcony. The pool area was clean with a great pool bar service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The property was lovely, clean, and well maintained, with beautiful pool that was a pleasure to relax in. The owner was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. She really made us feel welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. Only small issue was confirmation stated checkout 11am however we were asked to vacant at 10am - this wasn't a massive deal for us however confirmation……

“The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms. ”

“the flat is ok but we could not use the hot tub as promised in our property because the garden has not gate and neighbours were using it instead of us in the night . Moreover the road towards the beach is full of rubbish and building sites. these flats are booked mostly by groups of young people and is easy to have a party on top of your flat in the night . we had to ask to be moved to a new flat in the babe beach area and it was much better ”
